hey y'all. in keeping with tissue's newfound tradition, i am blogging. So uni's over for the semester. I have spent two weeks vegetating and watching Gilmore Girls back to back for 3 seasons. I am currently up to the 6th and final disc of Season 3, and am very much in love with Jess Mariano a.k.a. Milo Ventimiglia [spelling be damned.] once again. Who didn't love the hardcore biker look he had.. and that sexy lopsided grin. Oh how I'd swoon. Hopefully sometime in the remaining days of this wonderful break I shall meet up with you guys again. This outing should be during the day 'cause dad's a... (more)

I agree with tissue here.
Posting does seem like you're talking to yourself. but in a good way, not the 'i am going crazy' way.
End of semester exams are coming up. I should be studying O-o
Anywho, I went to a inter-dorm/college battle of the bands type thing here in Armidale, and oh man, I sooooo need to get back to sydney.
There was one frontman, wearing a flannelette shirt, playing a banjo, with a harmonica which he played at random moments. And did i mention he had the strongest aussie accent I've ever heard.
enough said.
I'll see you ooomphs in sydney from june 19 to july... (more)

I wonder how long it's going to take for an ooomph to check up on our site because at the moment it is quite dead.
I don't plan on resurrecting the ooomph site. I just have an urge to write.
Funny how no one ever looks here anymore. Everyone just uses myspace and facebook now, but since not everyone has a myspace or facebook the only thing connecting all 20 of the ooomhps is this dead site. So.... we're just going to have to deal with it and somehow start sporadically posting to keep this site alive.
ohhhh maybe instead of mass-emailing yes or no responses to the ooomph group functions... (more)

I found this while researching for my Eng. Adv. Radio task. It's a skit from Saturday Night Live in 1994. Plough through the beginning & listen to the crazy lady.

Janet Miles: Hello, and welcome to "Amazing Time Savers", your home shopping connection. I'm Janet Miles. As always, operators are standing by to take your calls. And you will certainly want to call my guest on today's show. He brings with him an extraordinary,... (more)
